Our story
Built by someone who's spent hours in roasteries, talking to baristas, cafe owners, and everyday drinkers who just wanted a good cup of coffee, and countless cups in between.
He knows the extraction ratios and the bean origins inside out. He just believes that knowledge should make coffee easier to fall in love with, not harder to walk into.
Coffee in India has a problem. Not a quality problem, the coffee here is genuinely world class, grown across a dozen regions by people who know exactly what they're doing. The problem is that finding your way in, whether that's picking your first V60, choosing between an espresso machine and a moka pot, or tracking down a specialty roaster worth trying, can feel like joining a club nobody handed you the rules to.
SimplifyCoffee exists to make coffee simple. Not to replace the roasters, baristas, and home brewers who've spent years building this scene, they're the reason there's so much good coffee to discover in the first place, but to make it a little easier for the rest of us to find our way to it.

No idea what "single origin" means? That's exactly why this site exists.
For the barista and the beginner. Equally.
SimplifyCoffee doesn't have a difficulty setting. The same site that helps a café owner source a commercial La Marzocca machine also helps someone figure out which instant coffee to switch to from chai.
No content is hidden behind expertise. No product is ranked out of reach. If it's available in India and people are talking about it, it's here.

Who made this
Vivek
A coffee lover, content creator, and someone who spent years working inside India's specialty coffee industry, at roasters, equipment companies, and specialty cafes, before deciding the information needed to be more accessible.
Not just for people who already knew what they were looking for.
For everyone else too.
