What does a "Medium" roast mean?
A balanced middle ground - some of the bean's original fruit and floral notes remain, rounded out by a mellower, slightly nutty or caramel sweetness from the roast.
What is the "Natural" process?
The whole coffee cherry is dried in the sun with the fruit still on, before the bean is removed. This tends to produce a fruitier, sometimes wine-like cup.
