By using simplifycoffee.in, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you are under 18, use it only with a parent or lawful guardian and do not send personal information without their involvement.

The site provides editorial information, comparisons, directories, event information, learning resources and links to independent third parties. Content is general information, not professional, financial, legal, safety or repair advice. Coffee equipment may involve electricity, heat, pressure, sharp parts and food-safety risks. Follow current manufacturer instructions and obtain qualified help where appropriate.

SimplifyCoffee does not accept customer orders or payments, stock or ship products, issue seller invoices, provide warranties, or control returns and refunds. Purchases and registrations occur on independent third-party sites. The seller or organiser controls final price, tax, availability, coupon acceptance, order acceptance, payment, delivery, cancellation, warranty, service, returns, refunds and support.

We try to present useful, current information, but prices, stock, specifications, events, offers, policies and links can change without notice. A “Source checked” label means only that the listing, product, price or event was observed on the cited seller, manufacturer or organiser source at the recorded review time. It is not a guarantee of authenticity, quality, safety, availability, seller identity, warranty or future accuracy. Verify material details with the destination.

Some links or codes may earn SimplifyCoffee a commission without increasing your stated price. Commercial relationships may influence which offers are included or displayed and may be one factor in placement alongside relevance, price, discounts, availability, review signals and editorial usefulness. You may use the site for personal or legitimate business research. You must not:

• unlawfully access, test, disrupt, scrape at harmful scale or interfere with the site;
• bypass access controls or rate limits or introduce malicious code;
• impersonate another person, mislead others, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• use the site for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.

Good-faith security concerns should be reported privately to letssimplifycoffee@gmail.com where reasonably possible.

Public submissions remain disabled. If enabled, a submitter must be at least 18, authorised to provide the information, and must ensure it is accurate and lawful. The submitter grants SimplifyCoffee non-exclusive permission to review, edit and display the public event or job information for operating and promoting the directory.

Job listings must not impersonate another party, discriminate unlawfully, charge applicants an improper recruitment fee, request unnecessary sensitive information, conceal material conditions or direct applicants to a deceptive or unsafe destination. SimplifyCoffee may verify, reject, edit, suspend or remove any submission. Approval is not an endorsement or guarantee.

Unless stated otherwise, SimplifyCoffee’s original writing, selection, arrangement, visual design and branding are protected by applicable law. Third-party names, trademarks, product images and materials belong to their respective owners and are used for identification, commentary, comparison or with permission where applicable. Listing a third party does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

You may link to public pages and quote short portions with attribution where permitted by law. Do not reproduce substantial original SimplifyCoffee content, branding or databases without permission.

Report inaccurate information, infringement, impersonation, fraud or unlawful content through our Takedown Process. We may correct, restrict or remove content during review. A complaint does not guarantee removal where lawful use or competing rights apply.

The site may change, be suspended or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided on an “as available” basis. SimplifyCoffee is not responsible for an independent seller’s or organiser’s acts, products, payment systems, fulfilment, warranties or policies. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, wilful misconduct or non-waivable statutory rights.

Personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. These Terms are governed by Indian law. Before formal proceedings, please send a written description to letssimplifycoffee@gmail.com for good-faith resolution. Courts having jurisdiction under applicable law retain jurisdiction. Updated Terms apply prospectively from their published effective date.
