A dual Italian Ulka vibration pump and a GICAR flow meter manage water delivery, while a 2.1-inch smart display and Japanese PID plus NTC temperature control keep every cup consistent, with adjustable pre-infusion for dialing in extraction. Model Espressa Jedi T (MC-11T), it draws 1600W, holds 2L of water, and is built with a sheet metal process body.
