This tamper pairs a natural wood handle with a heavy, precision-machined 304 stainless steel base, giving a flat, level compression that helps prevent channeling. The wood handle offers more tactile feedback and a warmer grip than an all-metal design, letting you feel the resistance of the coffee bed as you press.
