Kaldi Mini Coffee Roaster (Motorized)

The Kaldi Mini is a small-batch drum roaster built for home use, available with either manual hand-crank operation or a motor running at roughly 55 RPM, and the manual version can be upgraded with the motor later. The stainless steel drum sits at a slight tilt with internal stirring blades that keep beans moving for an even roast, and its perforated design helps vent smoke and moisture during the roast. It is designed for batches of 200 to 250g, pairs with an external gas burner (not included) for direct heat control, and includes a bimetal thermometer reading up to 300C.
