Dual thermocouples track both bean and environmental temperature at once, syncing over Bluetooth or USB with Artisan software so you can log, replicate, and compare roast curves. The stainless steel mesh drum balances direct heat with convection airflow to avoid scorching, and a rapid cooling fan halts the roast within seconds of drop.
