It’s been two weeks since I’ve been using this Grindr. It’s been a terrific experience till now. It is exactly how they have advertise it absolute no first grinder in which you can grind coffee at any grand size. Very very easily. I use it to make espresso mostly on a grand size between 5 to 10, and it’s working beautifully..

Good product and customer service. Nice design and easy to use. Only comment would be that the indicator arrow for grind size should be a different color from the unit for better visibility. Will definitely look at other products from kofihaus in the future.

I thought I had problem with the product and reach out to customer service. Despite it being a sunday, I got a prompt response from the customer service person, not a bot, that they would attend to it first thing on Monday. Without any follow-up from my side, the ticket was assigned to an engineer and he promptly reached out to me and helped me with what I was doing wrong. Thanks for the prompt response.

Fantastic grinder, good valuefor money. My only gripe is coffee gets stuck along the brim of the spout and you need to give it a knock to get the coffee out.
