The Bianca V3's flow control paddle lets you manipulate water pressure in real time during a shot, useful for pressure ramping, reducing channeling, or building a custom extraction profile, and an electronic low-flow mode can simulate complex profiles without touching the paddle. It runs independent 0.8L brew and 1.5L steam boilers with separate PID controllers, so you can brew and steam without one affecting the other's temperature. This V3 version adds faster warm-up, programmable pre-infusion timing, and four power modes (always on, sleep, eco, and standby) for energy management. The commercial-grade E61 group head has an integrated pressure gauge, and the modular 2.5L water tank can sit at the back, side, or be removed entirely for a direct-plumbed setup.
