The Cubean+ pairs a patented turbofan drum with a far-infrared, direct-fire-style electric heating element, giving high-velocity convection that mixes beans evenly and avoids scorching on a small 200g batch. It runs on Skywalker's own operating system or connects over USB to Artisan for full data logging, letting you track rate of rise and bean temperature and make live adjustments to heat and fan speed. A chaff collection drawer isolates silver skins to reduce fire risk, and a smoke management system helps filter kitchen emissions. A high-volume exhaust fan cools a finished batch to ambient temperature within a few minutes. Batch size: 200g maximum; drum: 304 stainless steel; voltage: 220-240V.
