Timemore's first electric grinder walked straight past the entry-level conversation. The Sculptor 078S runs 78mm flat burrs, nearly twice the grinding surface of the 40mm conical burrs in a typical home grinder, driven by a brushless motor with adjustable speed between 800 and 1400 RPM. Larger burrs and lower friction mean less heat reaches the coffee mid-grind, which matters more than most spec sheets let on, heat is what cooks off the aromatics you paid for. A rotary knocker clears retained grounds without the bellows every other single-dose grinder makes you squeeze, and the magnetic catch cup snaps into alignment on its own. Thirty six adjustment clicks cover espresso through filter on the same machine. This is the grinder for someone who has already outgrown a hand grinder and wants cafe-grade consistency without a cafe-grade footprint.
