Join us for "A Tasting," a guided tasting that brings together artisanal cheese, fine Robusta coffee, and delicious accompaniments by Chenab Gourmet. This session unpacks how fermentation, ageing, and roasting intertwine across these worlds. Taste award-winning Indian cheeses, internationally recognised chocolates, and coffees that celebrate the country's artisanal landscape. Experience a guided sensory analysis workshop by Bombay Fromagerie: explore Indian artisanal cheeses paired with specialty Robusta coffee, and curated accompaniments by Chenab Gourmet, featuring Tiptree preserves (famously served at Buckingham Palace), maple syrup, maraschino cherries, and fine wine crackers. Menu: a curated tasting of Indian cheeses, specialty coffee, and accompaniments, with light palate-cleansing bites served as gentle buffers between pairings. Terms & Conditions: - Advance booking is required to secure a spot. Full payment must be made at the time of booking. - Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. No discounts once purchased. - Late arrivals may not receive the full tasting experience; the workshop will conclude at the scheduled time. - Guests must inform the organisers of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or health concerns at the time of booking. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate requests, cross-contamination is possible. - The tasting includes dairy, gluten, nuts, and caffeinated beverages.
