Your Coffee Is The Canvas. Learn to draw on your latte using food-grade ink. In this 2-hour experience, you'll learn three different techniques of frothing milk, with hands-on practice in the following latte art styles: Stencil: dusting cocoa powder on a stencil. Chocolate Sauce: making a spiral and then etching it. Etching: using food colours to express your creativity in the cup. Inclusions: tools for frothing, tools for drawing, food colours, and generic stencils. Coffee Bean Sampler Giveaway: the best latte art wins a latte art pen. About the host: Anish is a coffee consultant, trainer, and SCA-certified coffee brewer with 10 years of experience in creative latte art. He works with cafés on curating beverage menus and team training, and hosts events and workshops pan-India, including in Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Surat, and Bangalore.
